Suggested Use: Adults take 1-2 capsules twice daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. If seal around cap is broken or missing, do not use.

Suggested Use: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer, have gallstones, a liver disorder, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid or are taking blood pressure medication or have abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) and gastrointestinal discomfort (e.g. nausea, flatulence) have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. May cause sedation; use caution when taking alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative effects, or when operating a vehicle or machinery. If you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as abdominal pain with dark urine or jaundice, stop use and consult a health care practitioner. If you experience abdominal pain with dark urine or jaundice, stop use and consult a health care practitioner. If you experience abdominal pain with cramps, spasms and/or diarrhoea while using this product, reduce dose or discontinue use. Laxative effect may occur, in which case, discontinue use.
