Dog Rose often lines the crest of the forest as protection. Similarly, Dog Rose is traditionally used to protect the oral cavity lining. Dog rose has an affinity for the Ear-Nose-Throat system.

Cedar of Lebanon is also indicated for gingival health. Cedar is found at the entrance of the forest, just as the gums line the entrance of the digestive tract. The remedy prevents inflammation and infection of the gums with secondary action on emunctories of the liver and kidneys.
